You can place an order by selecting your desired product on the Prime Picks website and clicking the “Order Now” button. Fill in your contact details, delivery address, and preferred payment method to complete the checkout process.

No, creating an account is not required. You can place an order as a guest. However, registering an account helps you track orders easily and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.

After placing your order, our team will contact you via phone call or SMS to confirm the order. Orders are processed only after confirmation is completed.

Prime Picks currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Banking payments, including bKash and Nagad, within Bangladesh.

Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka, depending on the delivery location.

Product Returns

No, certain items such as used products, personal care items, or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.

If the return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Prime Picks will cover the return shipping cost. For any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

To request a return or replacement, please contact Prime Picks customer support with your order number, product details, and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Prime Picks accepts returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Product Availability

Product availability depends on stock. While we regularly update our inventory, some products may become temporarily out of stock due to high demand.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, Prime Picks will contact you promptly to offer an alternative product, waitlist option, or order cancellation based on your preference.
