Prime Picks delivers products across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and all major cities and districts.
Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.
Delivery charges depend on your location and will be clearly shown during checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
All orders are processed only after confirmation via phone call or SMS. Unconfirmed orders may be automatically canceled.
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting Prime Picks customer support. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations. Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, Prime Picks reserves the right to cancel the order or reschedule delivery.
Customers are advised to check the product in the presence of the delivery personnel. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
